Payments

• Payment validates registeration and secures access to participation in class.
• Payments are made in advance.
• For monthly subscribtion, Payment should be made on or before the 1st Day of every month.
• Payments are done only to the details provided by the Hub through links or generated invoices.
• Payment are to be made through Naira (₦), dollars ($) or pounds (£).
• No refunds after Payments.
• Payment made for any learner cannot be swaped for another unless a prior notification is sent 2 weeks before monthly Payments are due.
• A group of 10 people above attract 5% discount.

Parents

• Parents are to ensure that their children have good learning devices with good camera and speaker to log on with.
• Parents are to ensure that no two devices are logged on to class in the same room to avoid noisy echoes
• Parents are to give 24 hours notice if any child will be absent from class and ensure that a make up class is done before the next lesson to avoid learning gaps.
• Parents are not to respond to questions meant for their children during classes.
• Parents are to forward their children’s practical video clips through the provided mail or wassap contact within 30 mins after class.
• Parents are to ensure that their children are in the zoom waiting room 5 minutes before class time.
• Parents are to ensure that their children have their learning set ready before lessons commence.
• Parents are to provide files for their children’s class activities.

Students Prospective

• Trial classes for prospective students are done on the 3rd weekend of every month during group classes
• Registered
  Students are to be in the waiting room 5 mins before class time with their complete learning set.
• All students must have a learning set which include; a device to access Youtube and writing materials
• Turning off of device camera during classes is not allowed.
• Every student between ages 7-13 should have the kahoot app.
• Students are not to log off before the closing prayer is said.
• Background noises during lessons are probibited
• Students are to log in immediately after any network glitch if kicked out.
• Students whose fee has not been paid will not be granted access into the Zoom Classroom.
• Students are to always take down notes during classes.
• Students should not misplace their old or new note to avoid learning gaps
• Laughing at the mistakes of others is unacceptable.
• Practical Video Clips must be sent within 30 minutes after class.
• Students who missed any class should ensure to have a make up lesson with Nwunye before the next lesson.
